This has been posted before on here but a few years back. I’ll re-post as it gave me some strength.
I will come stand beside you,
And offer you my hand.
I have been where you are,
So I am able to understand.
I have experience the same emotions,
The shock and disbelief.
Felt the weight of the stigma,
That amplifies our grief.
Ive been wide awake at midnight,
With worry weighing on my mind.
Ive searched for and searched for answers, That I have discovered I will never find.
But I have faith that you’ll make it,
And find a reason to live once more.
You’re now a suicide survivor,
You’re not the person you were before.
